Frank Breeze was instrumental in lifting the ban on yoga in Alabama schools through his work with local officials and continues to mentor and teach classes to kids of all ages all around Montgomery and Alabama.

Frank's past work with prisoners in New York federal penitentiaries lead to lower violence and lower recidivism rates. More recently, Frank Breeze has helped bring the therapeutic benefits of yoga to prisons in Alabama.

Frank Breeze works with the men's basketball team at Alabama State University as a strength and conditioning coach, bringing the many benefits of yoga to coaches and students alike.

Frank Breeze has lived for years with a Traumatic Brain Injury and manages his symptoms exclusively through yoga and meditation. He works with patients and researchers to help spread the benefits of yoga for TBI.
