Chakra Special Series

Build your yoga habit, or invigorate your existing practice with this special series. Each Saturday in January and February, we will gather to practice posture, breathwork, and meditation. This 90 minute class will focus each week on a different chakra, or energy center, and on balancing these. 

Balancing ones energy centers is a path for self growth and reflection, highlighting both our strengths and our weaknesses. This series is offered for both beginners and experienced practitioners. It's about the journey, not the destination.

30$/class, or 180 for full series. Intro class(Jan 7) is free. At Breezeville yoga, we are committed to offering yoga to everyone with an interest, regardless of disposable income.
